Butler is a personal tool used by one person, its owner. It is not available to anyone else.
With the owner's permission, Butler uses Google APIs to read and manage the owner's own Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, Tasks, Forms and Meet data, and related read-only reports.
The data is used only to give the owner summaries, reminders and help with their own accounts. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Data is processed on a private server controlled by the owner. Access tokens are stored encrypted with restricted file permissions. Data is kept only as long as the owner needs it.
Butler's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be removed at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
